The independent idea requires and an independent of funding. CONCEPCONCEPT - would be use to choose(notchoose (not cash but as as a credit intoward the program).
TheEach parent gets 85% of the funds from State/Fed sources to select program. The School automatically gets 15% for operational issues. Special needs students also receive their additional categorical funds
The school provides parents pick where, with whom they want to start their kid,the program, make the requisite payment.payment from the 85% credit. Parent choices, and thus payments, could be based on teacher, program, time, or place of services provided.

"Learning genome discovery web" All students interact with differing forms of input or creative manipulations.
All events/tasks are linked in the web with multiple links (people that kids work with) to other events (people) until they get to the place where they can go on their own. (Training wheels until they can ride on their own)

Overview
*Somewhat of a brain dump*

Passion is what drives people to succeed.

Our goal is to help each learner uncover, organically, exactly what they are passionate about through an educational discovery process (the education genome).

We will provide a framework to each learner that helps uncover their passion, along the way creating their unique educational path. This path will expose them to the knowledge and skills required to, ultimately, allow them to enter the workforce ready for success having been driven by their passion the entire time.

Innovation, truly thinking outside the box, comes from passion. Imagine a society where everyone has been driven, from the very beginning of their education, by passion.

This would unlock immense innovation. Today, innovation seems to happen in the rare occasion of individuals who have followed their passion from the beginning. Their entire being seems to be engrossed in their passion and all they can think about is pushing the limits.

Now imagine a world where everyone has this...

Where a welder, who followed the path to that profession, uncovers great advances in the field (reducing time, money and lowering the environmental impacts) because of their passion for the craft.

Where a baker, who followed their passion to that profession, discovers new ways to produce mass quantities of nutritous food for individuals in third world countries. This discovery was possible because they were passionate about this subject.

The power in this, is that everyone has a passion. We are here to help them discover what that passion is.

Examples:
Warren Buffet - read every investment book at his local library by the time he was 12 (on his own) and now #3 on Forbes wealthiest individuals
Mark Zuckerberg - left Harvard to pursue his passion and now #52 on Forbes...

Educating the masses...

This model allows for children in remote, third world countries to uncover subjects they may never have been exposed to. Bio-engineering, aerodynamics, telecommunications, management, medicine, etc,.

The intellectual potential that has yet to be scratched because of the lack of exposure is immense. Who knows what a young person who has been affected by malnourishment or disease will do with passion to change those tragedies when they are exposed to the possibilities.
